How to Reduce Adobe PDF File Size in Acrobat

Note: If the quality becomes too reduced, change the ppi numbers to 200 ppi for images above 210

1. Open your PDF in Adobe Acrobat

2. Then click File > Save as Other

3. Choose Optimized PDF 

4. Change the ppi values to: 120 ppi for images above 150 and click OK

5. You will be prompted to save your new reduced pdf file. You can save it wherever you like.

6. Done!

Note: You can also change the quality from medium to low as shown below, to shrink the file even more
